Vash Zwingli [Switzerland] [Accepted]

The Character

Appearance:
He is a short young man with blond hair (in a chin-length bob cut) and green eyes. He wears a green jacket, brown pants, and a white hat, and is often seen having a rifle slung over his shoulder. He also has a cross shaped scar on his left shoulder.

Personality:
Switzerland is a stern angry eighteen-year-old. He is easy to set off depending on who you are, but usually he's just serious and more concern with his own affairs then those around him. He is never unarmed; the boy probably sleeps with a rifle under his pillow, and he's got a perfect aim to match. Being as stern faced and serious as he is, it's a surprise he can cook the best sweets when it comes to chocolate. He does have a relaxed side, but it's rarely seen unless you're his sweet and soft spoken sister. She is basically the opposite of Vash when it comes to personality even if they look so much alike. For her he is very lenient and calm and even smiles - because at least immediate family won't ever back stab you. He also has a hard time saying no to his sister, even going through wearing a pink nightgown she made for him.

Despite his obvious flaws, Vash might be stern but he gets any job done that he's given, and he won't slack on it either. He will do it to the best of his ability, and frankly Swiss ability is really high class and he knows it. Not that he'd shove the fact into anyone's face of course.

The blonde also holsters a kind of OCD behavior when it comes to keeping things in an order. He likes things a certain way - and that's usually clean, proper, neat, and orderly. He usually assigns himself in situations as a mediator - and is pretty much like a discipline committee all his own when it comes to dealing with other countries.

He's also got an itchy trigger finger. So if he knows he can shoot someone and they'll live through it, he'll most definitely shoot that person whenever they step out of line. This of course is all based on his opinion of being out of line which can be as small as making loud noises obnoxiously, to doing what he deems 'indecent' things.

Starting location:
And abandoned pet shop, of all places. Seeing the empty cages and some dead, neglected animals made him slightly depressed as he thought of his sister. He wasn't there long, though, and set out to find her or anyone else.

Sample RP post:
Vash was going over his notes as he walked down the hall to the world meeting. He had a lot of things to bring up and talk about, and had every speech brought to exactly ten minutes as Ludwig usually suggested. He was also prepared if he had to make his speeches shorter or longer, making several alternate speeches and picking the important ones in case he didn't get many turns to speak. The always organized Vash Zwingli, once again prepared for anything.

He opened the door to their usual meeting place and looked around the room, carefully. He was always early to the world meetings, but never earlier than the host country. No one ever was. Yet he was the first one there, the only one in the huge empty room. He had to admit it was a bit unsettling. Something was very wrong. Vash tucked his papers into his jacket and took the rifle from around himself, cocking it, ready for an attack.

Other Important Information:
He carries two concealed pistols as well as his rifle.
